At The Personalized Apron, our policies reflect our desire to make your apron purchase experience EASY.
For individual personalized orders, production time can vary depending on the season, the moon cycle, etc. To be a bit more serious, our business does spike at certain times of the year. Most of the time, aprons should ship within 5-7 days of receiving the order however at times we can ship within a day, and sometimes in the throes of holiday, we’ve been so popular that we’ve had to remove the option for personalization just to successfully complete all of our customers’ orders. It’s often best to call us directly at 800.APRON.23 if you want to confirm.
For bulk personalized / embellished apron orders, the production time can vary however typically you should allow 2-3 weeks before shipment on larger group orders. Sometimes these orders can be processed even faster (within a week) and sometimes (depending on the season and randomness of the apron world), production can take longer. However most “regular customers” who are purchasing personalized aprons for reorders for their organization can expect that their custom apron order will ship within 2 weeks.
We will ship all non embellished apron orders (assuming we are in stock which is most of the time) within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. The ultimate shipping time depends on a number of factors, some of which we have no control over – particularly after the aprons have left our warehouses.
In order to help provide an approximate shipping time, you should know that our aprons are warehoused at various facilities in the US. However the majority of our classic personalized aprons (and simple embroidered designs) ship from our warehouses in Chicago, IL. Some of the larger bulk orders may originate in Georgia.
We do provide expedited shipping, if you need your aprons faster than normal. If you aren’t in a rush, we recommend UPS Ground, which is our standard shipping.
We would like to extend our apologies to those of you who would like us to ship to P.O. Boxes. At this time, we can only ship to addresses that are standard United States addresses. We are able to ship internationally however please contact us directly to discuss your needs and location. All international shipments will require a unique shipping quote and/or you are welcome to use your own shipping carrier and pickup product from our facilities directly (FOB).
We have provided, for your convenience, a shipping cost calculator on this website (for within the continental US). Please feel free to use it to determine approximate shipping cost for your order. Shipping calculators may not always be accurate down to the last penny, but we have tried to make this one as accurate for you as we can.
